Return Policy

  1. For an item to be returned it has be damaged in transit
  2. If the item is unwanted it must be returned in the original packaging
  3. The return costs will be payed by the customer
  4. We will not refund until we got the product back to one of our warehouses
  5. The Return address will be provided upon the start of request of return
As we aim for our products to be the best products you may have, but sometimes errors can happen, we are not in anyway responsible for any accidental damages or losses of the product, if you product is lost in transit with the delivery company please contact first the carrier for a resolution as we don’t have the power to resolute in your behalf, as soon as our product left our warehouse the sole responsibility is the carrier until the product reaches you.

If the product is damaged by the carrier you can resolute with the carrier to offer you damages for the product as all our products are insured the full value including the shipping.

If no resolution has been made and you have to contact us at the last resort we might be kind hearted and offer you a replacement for you at no extra cost, when can we send you a replacement at no extra cost:

  1. When the product has been damaged by the carrier and you havent resolute with them and nothing came out of the claim
  2. If by mistake we had sent you a wrong product we will replace it for you at no extra cost and the product sent you can keep it as a good will gesture.
