Return Policy
- For an item to be returned it has be damaged in transit
- If the item is unwanted it must be returned in the original packaging
- The return costs will be payed by the customer
- We will not refund until we got the product back to one of our warehouses
- The Return address will be provided upon the start of request of return
If the product is damaged by the carrier you can resolute with the carrier to offer you damages for the product as all our products are insured the full value including the shipping.
- When the product has been damaged by the carrier and you havent resolute with them and nothing came out of the claim
- If by mistake we had sent you a wrong product we will replace it for you at no extra cost and the product sent you can keep it as a good will gesture.
